Please check the files under the folder:

    \Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\WordDocs\

It is possible to export sales and purchasing documents to MS-Word via

    SAP Business One.

This export is done using special predefined templates compatible for

    SAP Business One.

Inside SAP Business One client directory, there is a folder named

In this folder, SAP Business One stores the templates for the Export to

    Word process.

The template named "Docmnhl1" is used for exporting sales and purchasing

This is an editable template; the user can add and remove system fields

    and columns as required.

The rest of the templates are predefined and are not editable.

However, it is possible to add free text and images to all templates.

    Best Regard

    • Venkatesan,

I am not sure if it will be possible. I think the path governed us and in the path we can't choose the word document format we like.

I only suggest to change the path each time you want to export to word using different format you have made, e.g. if you want to export to word the document PO, then change the path to the folder where the PO document format is available.

Rather than make the folders (other language that english) unused, you can utilize the ffolders to store the new format In word document that suitable for the SBO document you want to import e.g PO, TO or Pro Order etc. But prior to use it, but moving the original format (Docmnhl1.doc) to other new folder that can't be inserted into the path from all folders in different language. The new format you have created must still have same word file name i.e.Docmnhl1.doc

Could you plase gieve me the URL because I have a problem with docmnhl1.doc. Pull-down lists do not have enough choices.

I neeed to add more data such as UDF.

And also, some of pull-down lists are not working because I do not get the data when I export to MS Word.

      Thank you
