We have just gone live 2 days ago with our CRM 2007 system.
Checking the HTTP logs from the ICM, I've seen that an HTTP request is called every second for each user. The URL is
It generates a lot of load which is absolutely not needed because we don't need information refreshed so often.
In the source code, I saw that the polling interval is hard coded :
var nty_polling_frequency = 1000;
Now my questions :
1) Do you also consider this 1 s polling interval as a problem ?
