Solution Manager

Hi Friends,

I want to know about Solution Manger. what is it basically, and what do we do in it. I want to know how can we use solution manager in an support project. Basically I am an ABAPER. I was said that I will not be doing any coding in it. The work is something like configuration type of work. But, I am really tensed. So, I request you all to provide me as many details as possible with Screen Shots. I want to remind u all is I don't have any Basics in Solution Manager.
