Hi Ben,
I think from FICO the best and easiest way is to use the Generic Object Services. Here you can add original files as attachment to the attachment list. You will find this button normally in the upper left corner of your screen.
Best regards,
Christoph
P.S.: Please reward points for useful information.

Just to add to the previous comments, there are various ways to attach with GOS (Generic Object Services). The store attachment is the most commonly used however this will grow your database (SOFTCONT1) so it is not recommended for any high volume scenarios or those which involve production documents. The recommended storage for these would be using a module called archivelink.
The process for configuring archivelink involves setting up an archivelink repository on your existing content server (if you have one already) using OAC0, Setting up a document type in OAC2, then configuring the document type to the transaction (OAD5). Storage can be done from OAWD or the transaction itself using the "Store Business Document" Option. If this option is not enabled (i.e. grayed out) you have not completed the configuration correctly.
Hi Ben,
In all screens of SAP we have a option at the left hand corner called 'services'. From there we can link the document under the option of 'My Objects'.

rajesh.
