Job server is not accessible

Hi all,

Our BODS is running on Unix server.

When we attempted to view the status from "Adapter Instances", we observed an error on JobServer_1 (as screenshot)

We checked that "AL_JobService" is running. and 3500 port is opened. Wondering what's went wrong there.

Are you able to run any simple jobs ?

Kill all jobs server pids and then restart the Job_server

I am able to access the job server now. However, I can’t find the tab of “Adapter Configuration”. Do you know why?
