Hi,

I uploaded custom Logo,its print preview perfect in my system where as executing same transaction in other system logo print perview showing as zig zig.

Please check the resolution of the image, the resoulution will effect the image.

that is jst because sm change in settings or sm version difference..

check dat..

if problem still persists talk wuid the basis guy..

Hi,

1.Check the logo in se78 in print preview mode,which is uploaded using Se78 or Rstxldmc.

2.If the logo preview is correct,then it may be in the smartform adjustments in the Formpainter.

3.Otherwise,the problem is while uploading the logo itself it is not in the proper manner.

That may be problem with Printer drivers...that thing like..

You no need to bother tell to BASIS guy to look into that..
