Solman 7.2 - Alert reporting tile stuck in 'Initialzing application'

Hello All,

We are having issues while opening alert reporting tile from sm_workcenter (solman 7.2). The screen is stuck in 'Initializing application' from a long time. There is no error in background as well.

I couldn't find anything related to this in SAP notes and scn.

Please let me know if you've seen this type of issue before.

Hi Saurabh,

Were you able to fix this? We are kind of getting similar issue, where the OCC tile is stuck at 'Initializing Application'. Tried on both IE as well as Chrome, no difference.

I already tried different browsers. The screenshot is from IE.

Also tried chrome and Firefox but same issue.
