Hyperlink is not working in result page

Dear experts,

We have recently upgraded CRM 7.0 EHP 0 to EHP4.

ZIC_AGENT role : (Inbox workcenter) In Search result page, when we click on Object Id, or Description, it is not getting navigated for the newly created transaction. But it is working for old ztransactions.

What should I do here ? Please let me know any customizing step will be there or any code changes required.

Please check the below confguration is okay,please award points.

SPRO->Business Role ->ZIC_AGENT->Adjust Central Search Objects (Then make the new ones active)

Hello Chandra,

Not sure what is exactly the difference between your old transactions and new transactions.

But would like to suggest you try following steps:

1. Set user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT to A for the user, and then restart the business role to check if the same issue happens?

If not happens( even newly created transactions navigate well), it means some custom enhancement codes cause the problem.

2. Test the same transactions in standard business role IC_AGENT, if the issue happens there also?

3. Set breakpoint in method CL_CRM_UI_NAVBAR_SRV->GET_NAVIGATION_INFO_FOR_DESC, debug and compare the old and new transactions. Do they have same ev_object_type, same ev_object_action, and then return same ev_view_name and ev_inbound_plug? Please let us know the exact debugging information.
