S/4 HANA Create and Manage Purchase Requisition create

Hello Experts,

I am currently facing an issue with the Purchase creation app in S/4 Hana .The line item details are not shown at all.

I have cheked the Odata is was fine.Please find the screen shot attached

Is there any way to check the data ?

Have a look into the Launchpad, there are several notes about this issue, like

2416709 - F1639 - 'My Purchase Requisitions' does not show any data.

2437475 - My Inbox - PO/PR item details are not displayed

Unfortunately the above notes are not related to the issue i am facing.Its more on the display on create PR's
