Hello,
On SDN, in the eLearning section for CRM, there is a demo [SAP CRM 2007 User Interface - eMail Integration|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/00b7172f-1fdb-2a10-d686-f5720f4933cd].
This shows how emails from outlook can be integrated into CRM, and used to create new activities in CRM. Using the role for sales professional, I would like to add the 'email integration' (not the 'email inbox') functionality to the navigation menu, but haven't been able to figure out what work center I need to add to this role.
Does anybody know what config we need to do in order to get this functionality?

I am attempting to do the same. Unfortunately there appears to be little to in the way of support illuminate the path.
I have sent emails to James Goldfinger, David Glessner, Stefan Haenisch, and others at SAP trying to understand how this component is set up.
Hopefully someone will respond.
