Price Unit Quantity Causing Error "Stock value and qty are unrealistic"

CURRENT SCENARIO:

On most materials, my business partner has set the Price Unit quantity for standard costs to be 10,000, in an effort to be more precise in their costing. However, typical material movement quantities are often much less. SAP will calculate the standard value for each posting based on the movement quantity. At times, when all of the inventory quantity increases and decreases net to zero quantity, there may be a remaining 0.01 or -0.01 in value. This situation causes an error when attempting to do material movements because "Stock value and qty are unrealistic: & / & -> see long text". When this error occurs, we confirm there is no real stock inconsistency; then we execute MR21 to force the system to recalculate correct stock values.

To reduce the number of occurrences of this error, I have recommended to adjust the price unit quantity of the materials to a more typical quantity of transactions that occur for the material.

QUESTION:

Does anyone have any other suggestion to reduce the number of these errors, or to automatically handle the error when it occurs? Are there any suggestions to fix this issue without changing price unit quantities?
