We have a business demand where employees are assigned to multiple long-running appointments. These appointments should not appear in the calendar view.
We are now looking for a way to hide these long running events from the calendar view. Is it possible to extend the mobile or team calendar in a way to filter out activities matching certain criteria, maybe by adding a pdi/kut field indicator which when true causes an event to be hidden in the calendar view?
Hi Niklas,
In the regular C4C calendar, we organize All-Day events which span across one or more days in a section above the standard time ranges that end users would see. This way, the user is still aware of any ongoing all-day events without impacting their view of their actual day's work.
As the team calendar works solely in a day view context, it is not currently possible to hide specific all-day events, as expected behavior would have to be visualized across the day to accurately depict the user's current schedule.
Best regards,
Arthur
