Hi Team,
I just want to know how SAP connects to customer SAP HANA software, if SAP wants to troubleshoot any product bug?
And also SAP delivered any fix that should be DU/Server side export & Import?
Please help on this..

Hello
They will connect to customer HANA DB using SAP Router. For more information you can check SAP Note: 1592925 - SAP HANA Studio service connection.
If O/S level access is needed, you should open SSH connection too. Also in SAP Support Launchpad, you should maintain system data / user data too.

Depending on issue SAP may connect to customer system via following ways
HANA studio connection
WTS Connection
SSH connection for OS level access
GoToAssist session(used for screenshare with and without control)
You may request SAP Support for either of these.
Regarding DU import, can you confirm which issue you are referring to? Are you talking about server DU imports or custom DUs? I may then be in a better position to answer your questions.
