Error when retrieving table description for physical table DOKCLU

Former Member

Hi,

When installing SCM 4.1 DIMP Unicode version, an error occurred in step Database Load.

I've already applied note 421554 and updated R3load.exe and didn't work. I also updated the entire Kernel with no luck.

The same error is happening with the installation of My SAP ERP 2004 that it is using the same Kernel files.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Rodrigo,

I had a similar issue, I had to run the RADCUCNT report

again. When the report was error free I exported my data

again and the the import was ok. Hope this help.

Cheers

Hi Rodrigo,

are you sure to follow standard installation? Because I don't believe that SAP has two products which could not be installed on Windows and they are not brand new.

From my side it looks like you have not imported the Unicode Nametab prior to anything else. The tip with rerunning RADCUCNT does probably not help because it is a fresh installation. This would help if you do a migration. But I'm pretty sure that SAP run RADCUCNT correct.

I would suggest to check that the package SAPNTAB is imported first without any error messages. The all other packages should complete too without any errors (as long as you have the latest R3load).

Regards
