Posting Journal S_ALR_87012287 - Wrong date in the header data

Hello,

I have an issue with the SAP posting journal program (RFBELJ10_NACC).In the company I work for the Fiscal Year starts from 01.10.2016 to 30.09.2017.When I try to execute the posting journal program (for the period 01.10.2016 - 31.12.2016), the header date that I display refers to the calendar year (2016) and not to the fiscal year (2017).

How can I do to display the correct year (2017) for the last quarter of 2016? Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Gustavo,

the note you suggested refers to another problem.

For the Italian legal requirements, the page number, displayed in the first line of the header, is made of "fiscal year + page numer".

As I described, the fiscal year starts, starts from 01-10-2016 to 30.09.2017. The problem is that executing the posting journal for October 2016, the page number that I display is "2016 + page number" and not "2017 + page number". So the program considers the calendar year and not the fiscal year.

Check sap note 979647 . I executed the program and I get fiscal year and month.

I've checked the note 645675 but it is very old and refers the program RFBELJ10 while I'm using the new version

RFBELJ10_NACC. So I don't think implementing the note the problemwill be solved.

It seems that the program RFBELJ10_NACC is unable to verify the last three months of the year refers to Fiscal year (2017) and not to the Calendar year.

Symptom

According to the legal requirements in Italy every page of the document journal has to be provided with the year and a current page number in the upper right corner (see SAP Note 556317).
Generally, the fiscal year of the used fiscal year variant is issued in the document journal. However, if a fiscal year which differs from the calendar year is used for the corresponding company code, in Italy the year of the lower calendar year has to be issued in the document journal.
Example: If fiscal year 2004 were to be defined from 01.07.2003 to 30.06.2004. Then date 2003 has to be issued with the page numbering in the upper right corner of the document journal.

If not you could modify program RFBELJ10_NACC_HEADER . Check with Key user. Try with 1st half of a year
