Hi ,
whenever I am raising message from satellite system, support team is not automatically assigned in solution manager system
In the support team determination ,the following action logs found.
When message is created, find support team responsible
GREEN-SUCCESS Date: 02.06.2008 Time: 17:00:01
GREEN-SUCCESS Processing CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 Is Started
RED-ERROR Incorrect parameter transfer ()
RED-ERROR Action could not be successfully executed
