Data is not shown in BEX Report

Hi All,

While running the BEX Report I am not able to view the data a particular infoobject (Primary total idle time) which is restricted key figure (0Down_time). Data is available for 0Down_time in both R/3 & BW. I checked the properties row, column & query.

Still dint find any clue.

Suitable points will be awarded.!!!!

Please check the restriction once --On what characteristics you have restricted this KF.

For the same combination, check its value in the data target.

Hi Nisha,

Please do verifiction in LISTCUBE whether data exists for the combination Primary total idle time and 0Down_time and also check other query restrictons.

TRY TO DISPLAY DATA USING CUBE WITH THE SAME SELECTIONAS IN QUERY.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE DATA, THEN YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR QUERY DEFINATIION.

CHECK WHETHER DATA IS AVAILABLE FOR REPORTING SYSMBOL IS THERE IN INFO CUBE OR NOT.

AND CHECK ROLL UP OF DATA IF ANY AGGREGAGTES ARE BUILT ON CUBE

The issue was with the restrictions made for that particular field in the query. It was a functional issue.

Hi nisha,

Check out if any filters are applied in the query whihc is filtering out the Data and your not able to view it.

Check if any variable is working with Customer exit and it is giving diffrent result.
