Hi,

Implemented Note :

1670504 - UAM: Risk Owner Wokrflow Agent - Class Based Rule

We have a simple scenario :

We want a user to raise a change user request (02) in the system and the Workflow will move to a Path - Change_user which will have one stage i.e. Risk Owner.

Here it checks if there are any risks associated with the additional role that needs addition to the user.

If there are risks then it should be routed to the respective Risk Owners and if there are no risks then it it does nothing but ends the stage as there are no SOD risks.

The Risk Owner Agent - Can this be only used for SOD detour only or can we use it as a standard workflow Agent in the request.

Dear Ritesh,

you can use it either way. But it must be set up slightly different. One works as an agent rule and the other as a routing rule. The code sample provided by the note should guide you to the expected result.

Regards, Alessandro

Hi Guru,

Thanks for your inputs. I have used the RISK owner agent as a normal agent in my workflow and it works perfectly fine for the sending the risks to owner.

Thanks

Ritesh
