In SAP PI v7.3 I have an error in SM58 i.e. Gateway was closed, for an IDOC, i.e:
In IDX5 I can see the ‘Status’ as processed successfully, however the ‘OutbStatus’ is in error i.e. error status on Outbound side:
When I look on my Receiver System in WE02 I cannot find an IDOC with this number, however when I look at the relevant table in SE16 then I can see the data is updated.
I do not understand. The IDOC being sent is for WBS elements, the IDOC shows as ‘successfully processed’ in IDX5, but also as ‘error on outbound side’ in IDX5, in PI. In SE16, on the receiver system, in the WBS table the data is there. But in WE02 on the receiver system the IDOC seems not to be there?
Is it safe to clear the SM58 error message?
