Hi All,

This might be annoying for many. But i do not find the user valid to date in view idmv_simple_entry or idmv_vallink_basic or idmv_value_basic

Hello Plaban,

if the attribute is empty, it will not show up in the tables. Have you checked with a user that the attribute is filled for? Which attribute do you look for (what's the name)?

Don't forget to mention the IDM version and database you use.

.

Regards,

Steffi.

Hi Steffi,

IDM 7.2, SQL Server 10.50

The attribute is not empty, as i can see the values in UI. I am looking for the attribute which contains the valid from and valid to values.

Hello Plaban,

Could you please recheck your query. Valid To date value get stored under the MX_VALIDTO IDM attribute.

If your query is correct then take any user (ex - ABC123), update its valid to date from IDM UI and then run the below query for that particular user and search for MX_VALIDTO attribute.

Select * from idmv_vallink_basic where mskey in (select mcmskey from idmv_entry_simple where mcMskeyvalue = 'ABC123')

Hope it will help.

C Kumar

HI Kumar,

I have searched that but there is no MX_VALIDTO attribute in idmv_vallink_basic

I also need Valid From value. So, i think there should be a attribute MX_VALIDFROM. But i do not know which views contain these values

Hello Plaban,

Did you follow my steps mentioned above -

1) Updating a Valid To date for the user from IDM UI

2) Running the query give above.

If yes, then let me know in which column you are searching for MX_VALIDFROM attribute. If possible then please share the query output/screenshot.

As suggested by Steffi in the earlier post, do share IDM version and DB (SQL,Oracle etc) too.

Similar to Valid To date, IDM also stores Valid From date under the attribute MX_VALIDFROM.
