Confirmation--error in process


Have created a confirmation in EBP but it shows error in process.Created another confirmation and it converted to GR in backend system.

Is it enough I update the messages of the shopping cart to convert the first confirmation to a GR in the backend(R/3) system?

    Hi. Is the error a backend error? You can see the errors in the application monitors or RZ20 in the GUI.

    Backend error is the most common, and it means the IDOC failed in the backend. Just go to BD87 in the backend and check the error. If you fix the problem and then re-process the IDOC from BD87 it should update the confirmation status in SRM.

    If it was not a backend error, you can resubmit the confirmation from SRM using function module BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER in SE37.
