Dear, Experts
I have a question about the Change Document Object for GR existance in SAP Workflow.
I am wondering if it possible to put field restricitions to GR document made by MIGO.

In my recognition, the Change Document is needed to put a condition (field restriciton) when to activate the workflow.

However, there is no Change Document for GR as far as I searched.

If anyone have any information or suggestion, kindly please share me the information.

What pare you trying to achieve? This type of thing can sometimes be easier to do with output conditions, e.g. your WF is triggered as an output of the PO with a condition based on the GR/status. Talk to your functional consultant about output conditions.

Alternatively, look for a change in the PO (usually one of the status fields) that might do what you're after.

Thank you for your adivice, Mike!
I asked this question just to make sure that the EVENT occurance of a GR document cannot be controlled by Tr-CD:SWEC. I talked to our developper and he had no idea about it.(He said there is no change document object for GR and therefore cannot be controlled by SWEC.)

I may follow your advice and search for the way to controll the GR document EVENT creation by using the relationship between PO and GR.

I think you misunderstood. Correct there is no CD for GR, but a GR will change the PO, which should result in a change document for the PO.

But output is a better way in my opinion. The functional person is the best person to speak to. You want to create an output of type Workflow or Event when a GR is created. This gives you many more options, such as controlling whether it's a complete or partial GR or only for certain Vendors or whatever.
