How to know SP level for ABAP

Hi

I want to know where from I can find out what ABAP 7.4 SP8 as it is mentioned in the 2251972 SAP Note

• Kernel 7.42 (originally delivered with AS ABAP 7.4 SP8 or above)

2251972 - Using kernel 7.45 instead of kernel 7.40, 7.41, or 7.42

Also wanted to know if we are upgrading kernel from 742 to 749 then do we need to upgrade the OS level libraries? where can we get this information..I tried to find out in below note but it is not opened
