SAP reports are not printing with dot matrix but using crystal reports it is fine

SAP reports are not printing properly with dot matrix printer (Epson LQ590) but using directly from Crystal Reports it is fine.

We tried so many options;

1. Use the same printer settings in both SAP B1 & Crystal Report (Crystal Report fine but SAP B1 not)

2. Convert to PDF in SAP and print it is fine.

3. Tried using the paper size (letter fanfold 8.5" x 11") as custom size in SAP B1 but same result (not good print)

Could you please help us to sort this issue since we are unable to start our work in SAP
