CR XI SP3???

I am using the Developer edition of CR XI. I was prompted to download SP3, so I did. I then installed it...it actually seemed to reinstall CR XI instead. I've done this twice now, and yet I still get prompted to download SP3 every time I open the CR interface. Has anyone else run into this problem?

That's probably the case. We are in the process of getting the fully licensed version. Hopefully that will clear up the various other problems I'm having with my reports.

Ok, that sounds like the Release 2 service level, perhaps it is something to do with the "Trial version"

I haven't applied any service packs, but I have the Release 2 version (recently downloaded trial from Business Objects website). I would assume that I have SP2, since CR is automatically prompting me to download SP3. The full product version is 11.5.8.826.

I have (CR XI Developer, Full) Stupid Question time..... Did you apply SP2 first ?, if not, you must run SP2, before SP3 will take. Your end Product Version should be 11.5.9.1076
