Offline SAPUI5 with Kapsel

I want to develop an UI5 app on offline mode. I come to know from some of the blogs that, this can be done by Kapsel, But when i am trying to develop this from webIDE, Its showing the Kapsel template deprecated there. Can i use this template to develop the app..? and also give me the best way to create an offline SAPUI5 App.
