Workflow - automatic field update

Hi experts

I need to create a workflow rule for an automatic field upate. The field sales unit needs to be updated out of the field division. I can choose the field sales unit but the field division is not available - the only values for from which field should it be updated are main contact person, customer number and number of the responsible person. I'm quite sure this is an error?

Raised already an incident as well, but need your thoughts on this.
