I have recently upgraded to CRXI. I have a couple of reports that use on-demand subreports. I usually design my reports in Crystal and then post them to a web portal where endusers can access them via a browser and the Crystal Viewer. But as I design a report, I like to print things out to see how they look. I just discovered that while I can print out the results of the main report fine, when I call up the results of the subreport and try to print it, Crystal crashes and gives me an error message:
CiceroUIWndFrameL crw32.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x5ad71531" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
I checked an older report that has been working fine and it too has the same printing problem, only when I try to print the results of the ondemand subreport.
Is this a bug?

We have exactly the same problem with sub reports.
We are in great need of a solution.

Thank you for your quick reply,
The report run directly in Crystal Report XI in print preview
For now the problem is only on a developement machine. We plan to change all our crystal report 9 to XI as soon as all the currents reports have been tested and working.
We don't use dual monitors but we access the crystal report XI server using Terminal Server.
The server is a Windows Server 2003 standard edition.
