Upon rejection of an invoice from the user decision options in the work item, I need to send email notification to the workflow initiator. This email notification should be sent both to the outlook and the SAP inbox.
If I use the send email node in workflow, I can sent notification either to external ID or to SAP inbox but not both.
Please suggest how to send the same notification to both external ID and SAP inbox in one step.
