Crystal Reports XI viewer showing wrong characters when not running as Administrator

Hello to all.

I have the Crystal Reports 11.5 report viewer embedded on a commercial application (SalesLogix CRM version 7).

When I run the application as local Administrator, I can see perfectly all reports. But if I change the user to a domain user (the one that normally logs on the machine) when printing the report on screen wrong characters appear on each label of the report, as if it were in another languaje (or as openning a binary file on a text editor), but no error is shown.

Also curious, if I save the report to a RPT file, and install the Crystal Reports XI Viewer, if i open it, it's shown perfectly, so the report seems to be saved OK to disk, but shown incorrect on the viewer. It can't be a problem, for example, with the database connection returning wrong characters, as they are saved correctly on the file, so, internally, the embedded viewer have the correct ones but it's showing wrong ones.Any idea if there's a known problem with Crystal Reports embedded on an application? Any idea about how to advance on knowing what's happening? Thanks in advance, Oscar
