We are having an issue with Crystal 10 not associating correctly to .rpt files on some users in our organization who are using Crystal to import/export and create reports in Pivotal
A workaround for this has been to recreate the user's profile in XP. Once we do that, the .rpt files open correctly but it is kind of a draconian measure.
Is this an OS issue, Pivotal (doubtful since this only occurs on some clients) or Crystal?
Any help much obliged.
