Data migration object modeler-Migration Object-customer:Using custom BP roles.

I can see Migration object modeler in customer master object , in field mapping 'FLCU01','FLCU00' & 'UDM000' BP roles are fixed. But I'm not using standard roles for my business partner. Should I change the standard roles to custom roles? If not what should I do?
