Dear SAP Hybris Marketing Customer Community,
by now all SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud customers should have received a respective communication however as the cut-over date (action to be taken before February 4) gets closer I’d like to provide an additional heads-up to make sure no integration scenarios get interrupted by this change.

Check your SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud INBOUND integration scenarios.
- For integration scenarios where SAP Cloud Platform Integration (aka HCI) is used, no action on your side is required as our SAP Cloud Operations Team would update the certificate for you (if you’d like to understand the details of the required action you can refer to this blog).
- For integration scenarios where customer own middleware solutions or direct API calls are implemented pls. check if the authentication is user/ password based or certificate based.
If certificate based, you have to ensure that you update the certificate in all relevant stores.
