No data display

Hi everybody,

I'm new to crystal and just installed CR XI. The problem I'm facing now is that some fields don't display the data and when I click Browse FieldData to make sure the data is available, all data get displayed, but in design and preview no data at all. This is only in some fields.

Please assist

Sorry, but I answered the second part of your question. Any how I'm using Oracle 9 and ODBC connection.

I selected Distinct Records from Database menu and missing records get displayed.

I had asked for the database type and connectivity, if you want help, you need to take the time to answer basic questions.

Thanks a lot Kai, but I didn't use any formula or suppression in any of the fields and what make strange is that why I'm able to grab some fields' info while I can't with other fields. It's a simple report.

Try posting your database type and the connectivity used.

Test by eliminating all record selection criteria (Report->Selection Formula->Record) and all suppression (if you added any). That probably your culprit, if not, try sharing technical information.
