I have created a Region wise Lead report, and it is working fine.

The thing is whenever I select External ID from the available fields to include in Rows attribute, I get a result in report depicting "#" in External ID column.

Can anyone help me?

Could you please put more details to provide us more insight on the issue -

• SAP IDM and DB version
• How you have created a Region wise Lead report - using standard reporting (MX_Report) option or Custom UI reports or by running SQL?
• What do you mean by external ID here and how you selected it?

Hi C Kumar,

I have created the reportby using standard report functionality and one custom filed as Sales District.

I am including external ID from Available fields and putting it in Row.
