Is there a way to SQL server to schedule jobs that run Crystal Reports? My customers cannot afford to purchase Crystal Enterprise. Is using Crystal Enterprise the only mechanism to schedule reprots?
Thanks for your help.

Okay, I'm a few months late with this, but check out http://homepages.udayton.edu/~groffkep/ for a program called Crystal Delivery. It's freeware and will allow you to schedule jobs and control output. Great tool.

How can you check if you qualify for the stripped down version of CR Server? I have been looking into this for a while and I have not found an answer. I have CR XI Professional.

You could write a vb application to run the report. SQL server will not be able to schedule any Crystal jobs for you.Depending on which version of CR you purchase you may get it bundled with the stripped down version of crystal report server with 5 licenses which replaced the older Crystal Enterprise.
