WBSE system and user status in BW

Hello experts

I have a requirements to add

WBSE system and user status to a BW/BEx report. The fields I'm looking for are the following :

User St.With Number
User Status Profile
Status: Condition (system status)
Status: Lock (system status)
User St.With Number

As I was reading , I found the following function module :

status_read that takes object as input like object. This is a BW functional module. I also know that we have tables for the user(TJ30) /system (TJ02).

I was thinking about creating 2 new extractors on those 2 tables and bring the information in BW, and add fields related to this information to

WBSE as attributes. a) Is this the correct approach? 2) How can I use the

status_read and have the statuses information I'm looking in BW?

Thanks. This is good info. I would still need the text as well. And this does not give me user profile text info. but I will investigate. have you ever used this function module status_read ?

for statussen we use table JCDS. it's possible to create a delta extractor on this table. you load all this info in DSO.As JCDS is a big table you need to forsee some time for the init and probable need to ask to add some indexes on changed/created fields. And then indeed as you suggest map it to attributes of your master data.
