When I first Created this label report I picked Avery 5162. And it printed fine, but after a couple of runs

the labels are now print in one column. Is there a way to reformat back to printing lables on both columns.

Check the section expert, look at your details section, if format with multiple columns is not checked, you will need to check it. If it is checked, check the layout tab, and see if format groups with multiple columns is checked. (Of course if your output is not coming from a group, then you don't need to bother.) other thing to check, are your data fields growing too large. do they still fit in the space that format with multiple columns is allowing ? other than that ????
