Test Documents with 'wrong' status in Test Plan (released <--> review)

Hello pros,

Hopefully, you are able to help me with a problem that I'm experiencing at the moment.

When creating a new Test Plan with the option 'Released Testdocuments only' I expected to have only Testdocuments in status 'Released' in the Test Plan.
But there are also documents in status 'Review' available. I assume that SAP also considers 'Review' as a release-like status.
Is there any possibility to customize this behaviour so that really only documents in status 'Released' are shown in the Test Plan?

Additionally I could have used the document filter option as a work-around. Unfortunately, the option there are not changeable:

Is there any chance to have this options available and to only select status 'Released' in this filter?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Just in case, someone else has this problem - here's the solution I received from SAP Support:

"all status values that should be considered as released are maintained

in view: V_SMDOCREADSTATE using transaction SM30.

So i belive in your System you have also REVIEW in that view.
