I have a report with a number of subreports (unlinked and NOT an on demand report) which display different groups of data / totals. On these totals within the subreport I want a hyperlink to an external URL which is dynamic and then shows more details about that total links to another management system. I cannot get the hyperlink to work without having to drill down into the subreport and then try and click the value. The actual hyperlink syntax works but its the fact that the hyperlink does not work unless you have drilled down into the actual subreport. All other hyperlinks works and the cursor changes but its hyperlinks within subreports that I cannot get to work. Any ideas? RegardsDavid

I've come accross a similiar situations when for example if you want to drill down on a chart in a subreport you ought to be at subreport level. I don't think there may be way around it. However if your subreports run fast you may want to present them as on-demand so that when users viewing the report they're already at surbreport level. A bit of compromise off course.
