Having some difficulty configuring my SMTP credentials for AWS

I using SAP to run our ETL data load jobs and i'm getting an error on one of the jobs that state either

"Failed to connect to SMTP server: <email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com:465>." or "sMTP Error Code :<530>. For more information, see your SMTP server manual."

I tried changing the setting to multiple different ways and i'm unable to Authenticate the SMTP server connection...

I tried on all 3 ports: 25, 465, 587

any suggestions

can you try with IP please instead of hostname? and see if it s working...

aws uses dummy hostnames, you may need to define a hostname (in hosts as well)
