Bex Query Transport Request does not transport Hierarchy changes on the filter

Hi All,

I am working BW 7.5 embedded S/4HANA. When I change anything regarding with the hierarchy of characteristic, it does not get transported with the transfer request. Other changes are always transferring without a problem.

On the other hand, when I do these changes in quality manually, system does not ask any request regarding my action. Normally these changes should be transferred with requests. What am I missing?
