Restrict Access to confidential accounts

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP BusinessOne 9.1 PL07 and have declared an account from the Chart of Accounts (OACT) as Confidential.

We would like to know if there is a way to forbid non-authorized users from accessing the journal entries related to the account and the amounts transferred through them or just the amounts transferred. Could you please advise us?

Hi,

You can check SAP Note 1004877 explaining which forms are impacted by confidential account.

For Journal Entry it is not possible to prevent seeing the G/L Account I think.
