    Hello Ayoub,

You ran the upgrade with an incorrect DB user/pwd

13:11:26 Error Initial Database Preparation Cannot open database "DMTOTAL" requested by the login. The login failed.
    Login failed for user 'sa'.

Most likely a wrong password entered for 'sa'

    • Hello Ayoub,

Ok - interesting.... I've never seen where "sa" does not have these rights.

Surely, the system administrator (sa) has all rights on all databases ?

Anyway, glad you got it resolved :)
