Data Disappears

I'm currently "tweaking" a report and everytime I try to add a certain field to the report, all the other data on the report disappears.

I'm using Crystal 10 and using Mckesson (medical) database fields. My knowledge of Crystal results from some basic classes

self learning by playing around. All I want to do is add this one field and I can't figure out how! Can someone help??? TIA
