You can customize infotype screens in SPRO > button IMG > Personel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Change Screen Modifications.

Go to MP000600, screen 2000. Find the variable keys corresponding to your employees. You can add entries and create custom alternative screen if needed.Double click on alternative screen. You should be able to change "Postal Code" status from "Std.-Standard" to "RF-Required Field".

Best regards

Features (transaction PE03) is a customizing interface used very often in HR module. You should search for documentations about it, it's really important. In few words it's a function with 1 structure in input containing several common fields (like country MOLGA, subtype SUBTY,... and 1 value in output. With this value you will be able to decide what to do.

In your case you can decide, using feature P0006, that for employees returning value '06' (every employee on MOLGA France) SAP have to use alternative dynpro 2006. In this dynpro 2006 you customize field "Postal Code" as required.

If it doesn't fit your needs (for exemple if employees grouping are not precise enough) there are several enhancement solutions (extend input structure, create a new feature, new dynpro,...)

You should also have a look at documentations about "Screens and Screen Control".
