How to do? Conditional suppression

Hi Everbody,

Am having a scenario like this. I have to suppress a group name based on two conditions,

1. If that group name is specfic text than i have to suppress it, its done.

2. If that Group is comes under Top 5 then i have to suppress it otherwise won't.

Is it anyother way? Suggestions welcome.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
