In Report Where([x]>=[y]) where X comes from other rows, and Y from this row.

Hi! I have a question that i think should be simple, but I don't know how to do it. I have a report with lots of rows, and I have a variable defined like this:

=Sum (1) In Report Where([x]>=[y])

but what I want is the Y to be taken from the row that we are calculating, but all the X:es to come one time from each row in the report.

So, what I want the expresstion to be, is the number of rows where the X are bigger or equal to each specific row Y.

I hope my question is clear enough. I would be very greatful for a solution to this. Our company is just beginning to use BO, and it's a big company. Thanks!
