Weekly Totals

I'm thinking this topic has been discussed in this forum before but I couldn't find any discussions on it. Would like to display weekly total sales figures for a report that displays month-to-month data for a weekly managers meeting. Month to month is good but it would be helpful if I could get it to display the prior 7 days of the meeting date so we can also see what's happening week to week.

Not sure if what I'm asking is clear or not, sorry if it isn't.
