How to Insert PageNumbers into Cross-Tab column

I have developed a formula which displays the page numbers for the CustomerNames. How can I create a cross-tab grid where the customername would be in 1 column, while its respective pagenumber is in the adjacent column? (Simply inserting my formula is not working.) Thanks for any help.
